Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Contract Therapist
Responsibilities:
▪Complete diagnostic intake assessment and comprehensive treatment
plans of new clients; (requires familiarity with DC: 0-3R)
▪ Provide on-going dyadic therapy and/or adult individual therapy with
parents/primary caregivers in the family’s home, on-site at one of the
three collaborative agencies;
▪ Provide school observation and consultation as necessary;
▪ Attend multi-disciplinary case review meetings as pertains to caseload;
▪ Attend group supervision weekly;
▪ Consult and coordinate with agency case managers for shared cases;
▪ Maintain all relevant clinical documentation in a timely manner (e.g.,
progress notes,treatment plans, quarterly updates);
▪ Other responsibilities as assigned.
