Evening at the Angeleno Group

WIN Board Members Renee Delphin-Rodriguez and Nina Tepper hosted a lively discussion on neuroscience, early brain development and trauma for an intimate group of friends and colleagues on Wednesday, June 8th. Yaniv Tepper provided a spectacular view of Los Angeles at his Angeleno Group offices—a fitting backdrop for the theme of the evening: the future of LA depends on ensuring the health of children’s earliest relationships: it is those parent-child relationships that form primary brain architecture, and impact the health, mental health and success of children long into adulthood.

WIN Executive Director, Anna Henderson, and Kylie Foster, a therapist from WIN’s bilingual in-home therapy team spoke about early brain development, the impact of early trauma, and WIN’s award-winning work. Afterwards, friends, colleagues and thinkers representing design, finance, entertainment, academia, health and law enjoyed good wine and great food while plotting the path to a happier, healthier Los Angeles.
